SCREEN PRINTING - Printed t-shirts

  • The traditional method to produce printed t-shirts. Very economical for quantities in excess of 20 garments to thousands.
  • A silk screen is required for each colour to be printed, ie 3 screens would be required to print a 3 colour design onto a white t-shirt.
  • Design size can be from a left breast size to A3. Colours can be matches to pantone references or as close as possible to printed artwork.
  • Prices vary depending upon the quantity required to be printed.

The table below outlines the basic print and set up fees so you can obtain an idea of the costs involved, however you may prefer to let us give you an accurate costing by filling in a QUOTATION FORM which will give you a final cost per garment.
NB Prices are for printing onto white/light coloured garments.

What we require to fulfill your order

  1. Design needs to be in a eps or cdr format, don’t worry if you do not have this, we can arrange this for you although there will be an additional charge, price is dependant upon the time required so we will get you a quote. Typically £10 - £20.
  2. Number of colours in the design.
  3. Design size required.
  4. Positioning of print.
  5. How many garments are to be printed.
  6. Delivery date.
