EMBROIDERY
A method of decoration to give a very long lasting, professional finish. Embroidery has the advantage over printing in that there is no set up charge for repeat orders, the design is stored.
MINIMUM order quantity is ONE
- Embroidery designs are stitched using an automated commercial machines.
Your design is ‘digitised’ with commercial embroidery software. - Designs can be just text, small logo for the left breast position or large for the back of garments upto 28cms wide.
- All designs are stitched using Madeira threads; thread colours can be matched to pantone references where possible.
- Once your design has been digitised, a proof is sent out for your approval , once approved the design can be stitched onto your selected garments.
Embroidery Prices per garment
The table below outlines the embroidery and set up fees so you can obtain an idea of the costs involved, however you may prefer to let us give you an accurate costing by filling in a QUOTATION FORM which will give you a final cost per garment.

*8000 stitches is the standard logo size, accurate costings will be supplied on receipt of the design required.
Embroidery Set Up (Digitising or Origination)
If we do not have your font, there will be a set up charge for ‘drawing’ your font, this is £10 + vat, for logo/designs, the set up charge is £25 + vat maximum.
